I obtained my first higher education at Dnipropetrovsk State University in the field of Computer and Intelligent Systems and Networks. Qualification: System Engineer. I graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy with a specialization in law. I also received higher education in the field of Law Enforcement at Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs. I hold a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree.

Dmytro Yurchuk

Engineer in Pyrotechnics, Sapper, and Explosive Operations

I graduated from the Military Engineering Institute at the Podil State Academy, specializing in the Application and Management of Mechanized Units of Civil Defense Forces.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Military Sciences, specializing in tactical-level military management. In 2015, I actively participated in anti-terrorism operations. I have been recognized and awarded multiple times with state and departmental honors for my service.

Volodymyr Levykin

Occupational Safety Engineer

I graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine with a specialization in Law. I am a certified legal specialist. I also completed my studies at the Military Engineering and Signal Corps Military School, where I specialized in social psychology and pedagogy.

I pursued my third higher education at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, specializing in Patrol Police. I underwent additional training in the following fields: occupational health and safety, sapper (demining), and first aid as a Level II 'First Responder.

Vadym Hetmanchuk

Master of Production Training

I graduated from the Military Engineering Institute at the Podil State Agrarian and Technical Academy with a specialization in Engineering Mechanics. My qualification is Bachelor of Engineering Mechanics.

I served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, starting from the position of a commander of an engineering-sapper platoon and advancing to the position of a commander of an engineering-sapper battalion. I also served as the commander of a demining and ordnance disposal group from 2000 to 2007. I participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) from 2014 to 2019.

Master of Production Training

I graduated from the Military Engineering Institute at the Podil State Agrarian and Technical Academy, earning a bachelor's degree in Military Sciences with a specialization in Tactical-Level Military Management.

From 2004 to 2011, I served as the head of the pyrotechnic and underwater demining service. I have personally neutralized and destroyed approximately 10,000 explosive hazards on land and around 100 underwater.

I am a Civil Defense service veteran and a combat participant. I have received significant state and departmental awards for my outstanding contributions.

I hold a higher education degree, a master's degree, and a candidate of science in Public Administration. In 2018, I graduated from the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine with a specialization in Public Administration and Administration, focusing on State Management in Civil Defense.

I have practical experience in pyrotechnics and have been involved in responding to emergencies by neutralizing and disposing of explosive hazards. I have also led a team in underwater demining operations. I am recognized as a combat participant and have been involved in training cadets at the Department of Pyrotechnics and Special Training of the Faculty of Civil Defense at the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine.

I hold a master's degree in Health Protection. In 2016, I graduated from the Municipal Higher Education Institution 'Makariv Medical College' of the Kyiv Regional Council with a specialization in Medical Practice and a qualification as a Paramedic.

In 2019, I attended the Private Higher Education Institution 'International Scientific and Technical University named after Academician Yuriy Bugay,' specializing in Human Health and earning a Bachelor's degree in Physical Rehabilitation.

In 2021, I enrolled in the Higher Education Institution 'Open International University for Human Development 'Ukraine,'' specializing in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, and I achieved a Master's degree in Physical Therapy within the field of 'Healthcare.'

Starting from September 11, 2023, I have been appointed as a Paramedic (Medical Representative) at the LLC 'NVK Patron Demining.
